The Drive Team does brunch!
Updated | By Rory Petzer
It was fancy, fine dining in the winter Durban sun at its best.
Each dish was paired with the perfect wine, served at the perfect temperature (depending on the dish), by our host and enthusiastic sommelier, Eric.
We started off with an absolutely flawless calamari dish from Market Restaurant chef, Andre which almost exploded with flavour at every mouthful.
The ingredients were all fresh and it left a zesty lemon lingering aftertaste that called for more.
Our favourite dish from Greedy Buddha chef, Nardia, was without a doubt the prawn tom yum.
A light and spicy broth with poached prawn, the prawn tom yum also had bursts of refreshing lemon with every mouthful.
All these dishes and hundreds more will be available at the Pick 'n Pay Taste of Durban at Suncoast this weekend.

Are we going to see you there this weekend?
Here are a few of our photos from our fancy brunch.
