A day that shook the world and known as the worst stadium disaster in British history. Today marks the 25th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster in Sheffield.
Today we look back on one of the world's worst football disasters.
During the FA Cup semi-final match between Liverpool and Nottingham in 1989, 96 people lost their lives in a human crush at Hillsborough Stadium.
The incident has been blamed on the police for allowing too many people enter the stadium.
