Ever wondered where we got our logo from?

This weekend I was fortunate enough to head out into deepest KZN on the Rally To Read, a national initiative to distribute educational materials to some of the most remote schools in KZN.
We stayed overnight at Shakaland, near Eshowe, which you may remember from the East Coast Breakfast Tour recently.
Shakaland looks out across the Goedertrou Dam, with majestic sweeping views of our gorgeous province.
As the sun began to set, I could clearly make out the shape of the East Coast Radio logo in its ‘halo’!

The below photo was taken at Habeni Primary near Eshowe, with boxes full of educational supplies for the kids, as part of the Rally to Read campaign.
