The Drive Team photo challenge

The Drive Team photo challenge

How many photos do you have on your phone? Do you ever scroll through and look at those captured moments that were obviously so important at the time? The Drive Team thinks a challenge is due!

We all have smartphones these days.

We all often go so far as to stop traffic to get the perfect family shot, one of a bird in flight, a tree in the wind or even a striking cloud formation.

We use filters, apps, and different techniques as we master the cameras on our phones, with most of us even arguing about which make / model of phone has the best camera.

So why then all this effort if we're never even looking at those photos again, let alone printing them?

Because, let's be honest, we never print any of those perfect moments, do we?

A quick survey in The Drive Team has revealed the following statistics:

Damon: 1256 photos. Printed: None.

Rory: 3117 photos on phone. Printed: None.

Mfundo: 1531 photos on phone. Printed: None.

Dineo: 812 photos on phone. Printed: None.

Andre: 732 photos on phone. Printed: None.

JVB: No smartphone. No printer. Still using dial-up.

So, The Drive Team has agreed to print at least one photo from our phones per week for the following four weeks

We'll put them up either at home, or at the office to make our working spaces that much brighter.

Photographic evidence of our efforts will be shared.

Would you accept the challenge of printing one photo per week for the next four weeks?

It doesn't even need to be professionally printed - even black and white will do. Just to keep reminding ourselves of those special moments, you know.

Thoughts? Leave your comments here OR on our Facebook page.

For your viewing pleasure, we have all agreed to share the last taken photo on each of our phones.
