Earlier this week, Jane came across an article about a woman in the UK who is so insecure that she checks her husband’s phone and email records daily.
If he happens to make it out into the 'big bad world' she hooks him up to a lie detector device to see if he has been looking at other women.
Dubbed ‘the most jealous woman in Britain’, Debbi Wood, 43, also checks husband Steve’s bank statements and won’t let him watch TV if she suspects he’s keen on any of the actresses.
The Daily Mail reports that Debbi’s intense jealousy is caused by a psychiatric disorder called ‘Othello Syndrome’ – which leads the sufferer to believe that his or her partner is being unfaithful, even if there’s no evidence.
I can't imagine living like this.
I must say that ever since I met Mike I have never ever - not once - questioned his loyalty and commitment.
All I ever worry about is his safety and wellbeing.
