Darren backs out of CrossFit Challenge
Updated | By Staff Writer
Damon challenged Darren to a CrossFit class at Reebok CrossFit this week. Darren chickened out - and sent Mak as a replacement. Here's what he missed.

With the United We Stand Games happening at Gateway this weekend, I decided to challenge Darren to a CrossFit class at Reebok CrossFit yesterday.
In true Darren style, he didn't pitch and sent Mak Dlamini in his place.
From jumping on and off tyres, to burpees and ball slams we had a great time - and I'm happy to say that I was the winner.
CrossFit really is for anyone, and if you haven't done a class yet, you really should give it a try.
It's a hardcore workout but the vibe is fantastic and incredibly addictive.
Darren, I've arranged a kiddies water aerobics class for you...
