Darren and Jane get to meet The Stig
Yesterday was a day of polar opposites for Darren.
He was elated when The Stig took him and Jane Linley-Thomas for a spin.
He was whooping and giggling whilst Jane screamed!
Jane dropped her phone as she grabbed the seat in front of her, so the video will not be submitted for any awards, but the audio alone is worth a listen.
Jane as I have never heard her before!
Then Darren had an opportunity to challenge a few celebrities to a go-cart race. He was happy with his time, and felt that he was in the running to be crowned champion.
He was so confident that when he spoke to Deena Naidoo and Chad Le Clos after they had posted their times, he gave them a little stick! This is how the conversation went!
But his joy was short lived! Up stepped DJ Fresh!
The pain of coming second was re-inforced in the official photo afterwards.
