Because yesterday was World Book Day the East Coast Breakfast team wanted to do something a bit different.

Darren and Natarah asked you to post a line from the book you are currently reading on our Facebook fan page so that they could stitch these random quotes together and try make a story.

You might think this impossible, but the team has somehow managed to construct a very cool story!

These are the one liners shared on our Facebook fan page:

More than 2 000 years ago a very special child was born

Dear All of You, Despite my controlling streak, there aren't too many rules, so far as the funeral goes

She always wanted to sing with a band, she said.

Last night in Stratford two local businessmen were murdered in cold blood. The bed they both lay naked was high, draped. .

Campion’s death was true. Had Campion really died of natural causes?

Being surrounded by madness has left her edgy and disturbed.

It took her a long time and most of the world to learn what she knew about love and fate and the choices she made…

We searched every cranny of my father's house, which didn't take long, since it's so pathetically empty.

Someday everything will make sense...

Good things will follow, when you think good

Brace yourself. Your life could change for the worse.

It did as she discovered she had breast cancer.

But for now let's enjoy the magic of chaos and be positive and spontaneous

Here is the story the team managed to put together:

'More than 2000 years ago a very special child was born. She always wanted to sing with a band, she said. But being surrounded by madness has left her edgy and disturbed.

From the very outset of our spiritual life we must root out the negative thought that we cannot do anything/ I always wanted to sing with a band/ 'Dancing Queen,' Sara Linton mumbled with the music as she made her way around the skating rink/

Do do that voodoo that you do so well for you do something to me/ The bed they both lay naked was high, draped/
My head is spinning lightly, but happily/ The night was rank with the smell of man/Graham Deedes was young, harassed and black.

But, Dad, we're eighteen.
