Big Favour - 2 April

Anneline wrote in to the Big Favour:
"My name is Anneline and I’m 26 years old. Two years ago I was diagnosed with last stage kidney failure, I was on dialysis for 6 months, at that time there were so many things happening to me I was confused and scared, but my sister (Tracy) without doubt or fear said that she was willing to donate a kidney to me. During that 6 months (or even less I think) both my sister and I had to do loads of tests as her kidney had to be compatible to mine and both our blood types had to match etc. The match was perfect and in less than a year in 2010 (October) we had the operation done (kidney transplant) and now we both happy and healthy and enjoying the second chance I was given.
Anneline wanted to do something to show her appreciation to her sister.
A massive thank you to Mangwanani Spa who helped make Anneline's dream come true.
Of course once again thank you to Esme for her amazing Big Favour cakes!
