Wenger named October manager of the month
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been named the Barclays Premier League Manager of the Month for October.
Wenger masterminded a perfect month for the Gunners, which began with the 3-0 thumping of Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium.
Victories over Watford, Everton and Swansea City followed, helping Arsenal to draw level on points with league leaders Manchester City.
The Gunners scored 11 goals and conceded just one in those respective matches.
