Vodacom Durban July controversy
Updated | By Staff Writer

Wylie Hall was the first horse to pass the winning post at Greyville on Saturday afternoon.
However, a successful objection then saw Legislate promoted to first.
My tip this year, Futura, had to settle for third.
Legislate suffered an injury in the course of the battle with Wylie Hall and initial fears suggested his life was at risk.
However, latest news is that Legislate is fine and not in danger.
Race stewards had a look at the bumpy battle between Wylie Hall and Legislate and ruled that Legislate had been unfairly impeded.
Louis The King, winner of the Triple Crown and heavily favoured in the July betting, ended second to last in Durban on Saturday.
A crowd of around 50 000 attended the big race action.
Watch the race below.
Clairwood will host the Mercury Sprint this coming Saturday.
