VIDEO: Snoek frustrates angler

It is not over until your fish is in the boat.

A kayaker comes within a whisker of landing a Cape snoek.

At least his catch was not taken by one of the large sharks found in the Western Cape waters.

His kayak is not that much bigger than a seal.
