VIDEO: Orange Rocks garrick

Orange Rocks is a famous fishing spot on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast.

These rocks at Uvongo produce a variety of fish species and is also known for good shark angling.
This area is especially productive during the sardine run and is located about 130 kilometres from Durban.
Garrick is one of the main target species in winter.
I caught my winter garrick at Zinkwazi last year.
However, that was off a boat in pristine conditions.
The footage below shows anglers battling garrick in rough and dangerous seas.
