VIDEO: Fishing for giant sturgeon
Sturgeon are perhaps most famous for producing caviar.
However, they have also earnt a reputation as a fighting fish.
Some sturgeon species can reach over 5 metres in length and there is talk of sturgeon weighing up to 2000 kilograms.
It is believed sturgeon can live for over 100 years.
They can be found in both oceans and rivers.
Around 85% of sturgeon species are considered endangered.
