Starts for Lambie and Reinach
Heyneke Meyer has made five changes to his Springbok team for the showdown with England on Saturday.
Pat Lambie, Cobus Reinach, JP Pietersen, Schalk Burger and Adriaan Strauss have all been picked to start at Twickenham.
Meyer retained the squad of 23 selected for the meeting with Ireland last weekend.
Handre Pollard, Francois Hougaard, Cornal Hendricks, Teboho Mohoje and Bismarck du Plessis have been shifted to the bench.
The Springboks have won 22 of their 36 meetings with England.
Kickoff on Saturday afternoon is at 16h30 - South African time.
Steve Walsh will be the referee at Twickenham.
