Rabada out of IPL with leg injury
Updated | By Bulletin/News Reporter
Proteas spearhead Kagiso Rabada has returned home from the Indian Premier League with a leg injury but is expected to be fit for the T20 World Cup next month.

Cricket South Africa said in a statement that he picked up lower limb soft tissue infection which forced his withdrawal from the IPL.
The sports governing body says he just needs an acute dose of antibiotics and rest.
Its medical team is closely monitoring him. The Proteas play their first World Cup match against Sri Lanka in New York on the 3 June.
The Proteas will need Rabada fit and firing for the T20 World Cup and he will also need to rediscover his form following an indifferent IPL by his standards.
He's taken eleven wickets from eleven matches and his Punjab Kings side are out of the running for the play-offs and currently sit last on the table with just four wins from twelve matches.
