PHOTOS: Mak tees off at Volvo Golf Day
Updated | By Staff Writer

Yesterday, Mak got a feel for the course that will be used for the Volvo Golf Champions 'European Tournament of Champions' next year.
Only players who have won on the European tour will qualify for the showpiece in Durban.
The stakes are even higher for the 2014 edition as the prize money has increased by 50% from $2 million to $4 million.
Eight South African players are eligible to play and Brandon Grace and Louis Ooisthuisen have confirmed to play.
There is an incentive put in place were amateurs will be given an opportunity to play alongside the professionals.
Meanwhile last year's event attracted over 9000 fans and injected R51 million into the KZN province.
Below, some photos from yesterday's media launch.
