PHOTO: Tardin finally has a tuna
Tardin ended up with about half of the tuna, while the rest was eaten by the infamous ocean taxman.
Tardin yesterday finally had a whole tuna to bring to shore at Durban Ski Boat Club.
However, it was not Tardin who landed the 13kg fish.
He got his priorities right and allowed his girlfriend, Nordika, to battle and eventually catch the tuna.
She hooked it on a blue rapala provided by the team at FreeSpooltv.
Tardin, meanwhile, made sure that they both remained on their Racetech Yamaha jet ski - especially given his recent close encounter with a large and sharp set of jaws.
Nordika hooked the tuna at Number 1 Ground around midday - a cracking way to start 2014.
