Phehlukwayo in South Africa A side
Qaasim Adams and Andile Phehlukwayo will make their South Africa A debuts in the one-day tour match against England to be played at the De Beers Oval, Kimberley on 30 January 2016.
Dean Elgar will captain the side that also includes Wayne Parnell who has been out injured for a while but is expected to resume playing for the Cape Cobras in the Sunfoil Series this coming week.
“Qaasim and Andile have both done well in the franchise limited overs competitions and this is their opportunity to show what they can do at the next level,” commented Cricket South Africa (CSA) selection convener, Linda Zondi. “It is indeed an opportunity for all the players to perform against high quality international opposition.”
