Mixed fortunes for SA surfers

Logie will meet Michel Bourez in the second round.

Mick Fanning joined Smith in advancing straight to round three.

Fanning, like Smith, won his first round heat.

Margaret River is the second stop on the World Championship Tour.

This venue is currently also hosting round two of the ladies world championship.

South African, Bianca Buitendag, won in the first round today.

Buitendag is second in the world championship standings.
