Mashaba unveils final AFCON squad

Ajax Amsterdam star Thulani Serero was left out of the final 23-man squad.
Mashaba was quoted on the PSL twitter account saying that the players he picked, proved to be better that Serero.
''All the players we selected showed hunger. Serero is not in the team. Other players proved to be better than him," said Mashaba according to the PSL twitter account.
The tournament begins on January 17 to eight February 2015.
The squad will go into camp on the 2nd of January and will play Zambia on the fourth at the Orlando Stadium.
South Africa's AFCON 2015 squad:
Goalkeepers:
Darren Keet, Brilliant Khuzwayo, Jackson Mabokgwane
Defenders:
Siyabonga Nhlapo, Patrick Phungwayo, Anele Ngcongca, Thulani Hlatswayo, Eric Mathoho, Rivaldo Coetzee, Thabo Matlaba
Midfielders: Themba Zwane, Andile Jali, Reneilwe Letsholonyane, Bongani Zungu, Thamsanqa Sangweni, Dean Furman, Thuso Phala, Mandla Masango, Oupa Manyisa
Strikers:
Bongani Ndulula, Tokelo Rantie, Bernard Parker, Sibusiso Vilakazi
