Jordy waiting in Queensland
Jordy Smith is still waiting to see who he will surf in the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast third round.
The man-on-man second round heats are yet to start in Queensland.
Smith has avoided the second round shootout by winning a first round heat also featuring Kai Otton and Jeremy Flores.
First round winners qualify automatically for the third round.
Mick Fanning and Kelly Slater both have second round assignments.
This is the first leg of the 2015 World Championship Tour.
