Harmer added to Proteas squad

"We would like to have the option of a second spinner in the squad," commented CSA selection convener, Andrew Hudson.
If Harmer gains selection he will be the 86th player to represent the Proteas in the five-day format.
Heavy overnight rain and a wet outfield prevented any play on the final day of the second Test at St. George’s Park. The match thus ended in a draw. South Africa retain the Sir Vivian Richards Trophy as they can no longer lose the series.
