Deysel doubt and De Jongh out

Deysel has a sore shoulder and is doubtful for the Absa Currie Cup showdown with the Xerox Golden Lions.

The Sharks will host the Lions in Durban on Saturday.

Kickoff at Growthpoint Kings Park is at 17h05.

Director of Rugby, Gary Gold, says his Sharks need to improve immensely against the Lions.

Gold was not overly impressed with the Sharks in their win over the EP Kings this past weekend.

DHL Western Province, meanwhile, face 8 to 10 weeks without injured skipper and centre Juan de Jongh.

He has a knee problem.

Blue Bulls and the Lions are top of the Currie Cup standings with 10 points each.

They are a point clear of Province in second spot.
