Marcell Coetzee starts at flank in place of Francois Louw, while Vincent Koch gets his first start in place of Jannie du Plessis.
The South African side also features the return of Pieter-Steph du Toit and Siya Kolisi in the 23.
The other players who have not been selected due to injuries are JP Pietersen, Victor Matfield and Louw.
