Amakhosi held a press conference at Naturena showcasing several players who will don the clubs famous yellow and black in the upcoming season.

The defending Absa Premiership champions ended the transfer speculation that had been grabbing the headlines in recent weeks.

Arguably their most important signing was bringing Siyanda Xulu back to the PSL. The former Mamelodi Sundowns defender re-signed for Chiefs, arriving from Russian side FC Rostov.

Joining Xulu in defence will be Bloemfontein Celtic left back Keagan Ritchie and Free State Stars centre back Daniel Cardoso. Ritchie is another player who makes the move back to the club while Cardoso's long-awaited signing was finally made official on Tuesday.

Togo star Camaldine Abraw is the second Free State Stars to swap red and white for the famous gold and black strip of Kaizer Chiefs.

The 24-year-old striker will join Bafana Bafana striker Bongani Ndulula as part of the new look Chiefs frontline. Ndulula has scored 21 league goals in 100 appearances to date but will be expected to vastly improve on his current goal return in his new number 19 jersey.

Amakhosi also confirmed that two youth academy players, Siboniso Ngcobo and Andisiwe Ntsila, will join the senior squad for the upcoming 2015/16 PSL campaign.

Lucky Baloyi, already on the books of Chiefs, will not go out on loan after spending time at Moroka Swallows last season. Baloyi will be given a chance to fight for a spot in the midfield by new coach Steve Komphela.

Kaizer Motaung also broke the news that Matthew Rusike has left the club and will move to Portugal.

The club's chairman also shed light on the futures of Itumeleng Khune and Mandla Masango.

The star duo, who are out of contract at the end of June, will be given more time to consider their next move with the door now appearing open for either of the players to sign a new deal with the club.
