Ben Ross breaks arm live on the Footy Show
So Darren and I have been battling each other - trying to prove who the real king of the jungle is.
We've raced against each other in the world’s best F1 Simulator thanks to SMD Ballito. Apparently (and I don't know how) but Darren won. Then we recently did the 'Blow my roach' challenge where I let fatty win again.
But what started all this was one day sitting in our prep room, and Darren for some dumb reason started talking slack about how he'd smash me in an arm-wrestling match.
Why on earth would you challenge a guy with the biggest biceps on the East Coast to an arm-wrestling match? Like that's my happy.
So of course I smashed him, and easily, but what I came across this week is frightening.
Former Wallabies winger Wendell Sailor - remember him? - well, he has done the inevitable.
During a charity arm wrestle match on The Footy on LIVE TV Sailor broke ex-rugby league player Ben Ross' arm.
It looks pretty sore.
