Letsoaka says it is an ideal which convinced him to take the job.
"That is one of the reasons why I agreed to take the opportunity. I am a firm believer of good football," Letsoaka said.
"The football has to be good on the eye and I believe that we will display that," he added. This is Letsoaka's first job as a head coach in the PSL.
He does boast an impressive CV however having served as an assistant coach to Gordon Igesund at Bafana Bafana and most recently SuperSport United.
Letsoaka is also a former Technical Director at SAFA and head coach to the South Africa Under-20 team.
With a few weeks to go before the ABSA Premiership kicks off he is now busy preparing Arrows for life in the big time again.
According to Letsoaka his activity in the transfer market will be limited due to the club's lack of funds.
"We do not have a sponsor so it will be difficult to acquire players we would like to bring here. It is a big challenge.," Letsoaka said.
He added, "We have scouted a few players and we have to make sure we are well organized before the league starts."
