Woman 'viciously attacked' by three pit bulls in Westbrook

A woman has been attacked by pit bulls in Westbrook, north of Durban
IPSS Medical Rescue says the incident happened on Tuesday afternoon as the 33-year-old was walking past a house.
Spokesperson Samantha Meyrick says there were three dogs on the property.

"On arrival, it was established that a woman was viciously attacked while walking home.
"She was stabilised on scene by IPSS Medical advanced life support.
"She had sustained traumatic bite wounds to the extremities of her body. She has been transported to hospital under the care of IPSS for further care she requires."
