We should convince, not force people to get jabbed: Phaahla

Health Minister Joe Phaahla has reiterated that government will not force anyone to take the Covid-19 vaccine.
He says getting the shot remains a choice for people.
He's told MPs that the public sector policy hasn't been reviewed.

Phaahla believes private sector companies will face legal scrutiny over compulsory jabs.
"It's not our policy. The president has declared the policy quite clearly.
"If there is need for a review it will have to be properly reviewed, at this stage it is not.

"I also said that my understating from our policy currently is that we prefer that we should convince people to come forward and take the vaccine."
