WATCH: Suspect opens fire at police officer in Pretoria

Police investigations are underway after a police official travelling on a motorbike was shot at during a high speed chase in Akasia, north of Pretoria. Captured on the motorbike's dash cam, a blue BMW is seen reversing into the policeman in an attempt to knock him over. A chase then ensues after the house robbery suspects fled the scene. The incident is said to have taken place last Tuesday. See the dramatic footage below.
