WATCH: Richards Bay school investigates alleged assault

Richards Bay parents are outraged after a video was posted online of a teacher allegedly hitting a Grade 7 pupil.
The video, posted on social media this week, has been viewed more than 2000 times.
It depicts a teacher shouting at a pupil before slapping him in the face.
Brackenham Primary School principal, Balaram Govender says the alleged assault took place last Monday but was only posted online this week.
Govender says he only heard about the incident after it surfaced on the internet. He says he's busy compiling a report to send to the Department of Education
Govender says only the department can suspend a teacher.
