WATCH: Undocumented workers arrested in Durban
Updated | By Lauren Hendricks
KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thami Ntuli was at a business in Durban central on Friday where undocumented foreigners were loaded onto a police van.

A tip-off led the premier and other officials from the police, Immigration, Labour, and Home Affairs to the premises in Durban.
They earlier swooped on the premises of a logistics business.
There workers were gathered and separated into two groups consisting of South Africans and undocumented migrants.
Those without valid documentation were loaded into the police van for processing.

The premier also conducted a quick inspection to assess whether conditions were suitable for workers.
In a short briefing, Ntuli said the operation was due to complaints by local drivers that their jobs were being given to undocumented migrants.
"Opportunities are given to the undocumented foreigners because they accept low salaries. We'll continue to other areas. Today our informers informed us that there are around 85 undocumented foreign nationals who are driving trucks for this place."
