The police's Thulani Zwane says Mtungwa had been with her husband - who cannot speak due to a stroke - and her mentally ill sister.
"The members went to KwaDukuza where they arrested the two suspects. The vehicle that was taken during the house robbery was found in the Nyoni area, outside Mandeni," he said.
