Tax return filing deadline on Monday

The South African Revenue Services (SARS) says taxpayers have until the end of Monday to submit their individual returns.
For provisional taxpayers who earn an income other than a salary the cut-off date is January 24, 2024.
The taxman has warned of penalties of up to R16 000 a month for those who fail to comply.

You can file your returns via eFiling on your computer or through the SARS MobiApp.
Alternatively, you can visit a SARS branch for assistance.
