Status of international law in SA should be interrogated: Political analyst

A political analyst believes provisions in the Constitution relating to international law - should be looked at by the Constitutional Court and the issue of Sudanese President Omar Albashir should be looked at in a broader context.
Professor Shadrack Gutto from Unisa says it's an issue of international law and isn't only about whether or not South Africa should have had Al- Bashir arrested.
