Solidarity and AfriForum prepares to challenge gov's vaccine plan in court

Solidarity and AfriForum say they're preparing court papers to challenge government's implementation plan for the coronavirus vaccines.
The two organisations say Cooperative Governance minister, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma has failed to respond to a letter of demand they served on her over a week ago.
Solidarity says the plan as it stands, amounts to the nationalisation of the vaccination programme.
The trade union says there's no clarity on the rollout.

It also says government should not be the only institution involved in procuring the jabs.
Afriforum has accused government of not being transparent and says it's playing a reckless game.
The organisation says it's because of this that government can't be trusted with the purchasing and distribution of vaccines.
