Six hurt in Durban multi-vehicle pile-up

Paramedics were kept busy in Durban last night attending to those injured in a multiple vehicle pile-up on the N2 near Clare Road Bridge.
Rescue Care paramedics say three lanes were obstructed after four vehicles collided yesterday.
It's believed a vehicle travelling on the southbound carriageway lost control and crashed into three cars in another lane.

Six people were hurt in the collision - they were stabilised before being taken to hospital.
In another incident in Durban - five people were injured after a taxi and a vehicle collided at the intersection of Smith Street and Gardiner Street in the CBD.
Police are investigating the cause of the accidents.
