Search continues for killers of veteran journalist Jeffery Zikhali

Police in KZN have launched a manhunt for the killers of veteran journalist and broadcaster Jeffrey Zikhali.
Zikhali's body was found by officers who were on a routine patrol on the R102 in Empangeni in northern KZN on Friday.
It's believed at this stage that he may have been hijacked as his vehicle was taken.
KZN police spokesperson, Robert Netshiunda. "A cellphone and a driver's licence were found next to the body which assisted in identifying the man. He was declared dead on the scene.

The motive of the killing and the suspects are unknown at this stage.
"We are appealing to anyone with information that could assist with the investigation to contact the Emangeni Police Station or contact the CrimeStop number on 08600 10111 or tip-offs can be sent through the SAPS app," says Netshiunda.
