SAPS seeks relatives of murder victim found near Ladysmith

KwaZulu-Natal police and a missing persons organisation are trying to track down the next-of-kin of a man whose body was discovered in Ekuvukeni near Ladysmith.

He was found with multiple gunshot wounds a week ago.
Authorities have described him as a black male believed to be between 30 and 40-years-old.
He has tattoos of an owl and spider web on his chest.

Dawn Gounden of Renegade Search and Rescue says the unidentified black male was wearing grey Nike pants, a white t-shirt and a black jacket.
" When the body was recovered, the police had appealed to the public and they have now requested Renegade Search and Rescue to circulate [the description] for the family members to come forward in hope that he can be reconciled [and] his body can be identified by the said family members."
Police are investigating a case of murder.
