A similar attack occurred at Dlamuzi High School in the Pinetown District.

"We are aware that there has been a spike of incidents of schools being robbed in the Pinetown area and we believe that police and police intelligence or crime intelligence should really look into this," says the union's Nomusa Cembi

"In the past few weeks or since the beginning of this year, we saw this huge spike in that area. We believe police should be out there to get to the bottom of what is happening."
