SA gospel star, Lundi Tyamara dies at 38

South African gospel star, Lundi Tyamara has died at the age of 38.

His management team confirmed the singer died at Edenvale Hospital, in Gauteng, during the early hours of the morning.
The award-winning musician was hospitalised for four weeks whilst being treated for abdominal tuberculosis and a liver condition.

"Lundi put up a gallant fight against his illness...We ask that his fans, supporters and followers join us in celebrating his life. We will always remember him for how he brightened up our days with his God-given talent," the statement says.
