Updated | By Noxolo Miya
Search and Rescue teams have expressed outrage against the ever-growing ritual killings of children.
This after it's been reported that six-year-old Joslin Smith who went missing in Saldanha was allegedly sold to a traditional healer.
The little girl disappeared while under the care of her mother's boyfriend last month.
Three people implicated in her disappearance including her mother, Kelly have since been arrested.

Dawn Gounden, from Renegade Search and Rescue, says gruesome acts towards children and their body parts have become a norm where rituals are done to bring wealth, protection and power.
"This is an alarming and heartbreaking issue, that demands attention and collective action. Let us stand together, raise our voices and work towards a future where every child is safe, protected and able to thrive."
