Newly appointed Police Minister, Fikile Mbalula will meet with the Independant Police Investigative Directorate (IPID), as well as unions today.
According to the ministry of police the meeting will take place at police headquarters in Pretoria.
It comes amidst warnings of infighting between the various structures in security sector.
IPID is investigating the lifestyle of acting National Police Commissioner Khomotso Phahlane, while there was also the ongoing battle between IPID head Robert McBride and former Police Minister Nathi Nhleko.
