Police make drug bust near Morningside

Hawks officers, working with eThekwini metro police, raided a cannabis lab near Morningside on Thursday.

The Hawks' Simphiwe Mhlongo a man was arrested.

"Hawks members, together with police officers, found drugs such as cocaine and ecstasy. Those drugs were seized with an estimated street value of R350 000." 

It comes as a foreign national was caught red-handed with drugs worth over R10 million in Quarry Heights on Wednesday.
