Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The hunt is still on for the killer of a Durban shop manager who was stabbed to death on Friday night.

At the time, 30-year-old Naieem Sheikh was with one other worker in the store - believed to be his attacker.

Police say his wallet, cellphone and money from the shop were also taken.
The exact circumstances that led to the stabbing remain a mystery - but police say they are aware of who the suspect is.
Newswatch arrived at the Cowey Road Food Lover's Market yesterday to find another employee explaining to concerned customers why the shop was closed.
A note had also been put on the door saying the store would re-open tomorrow.

The employee, who prefers not to be named, says Sheikh was stabbed about forty times.
His body was discovered after 10pm in the office, after an employee of a nearby store - who had gone to investigate why the door was open and the lights still on so late - found blood on the floor.
