Police identify man found decapitated in Durban

KZN police have identified the man whose decapitated body was found in Durban earlier this month.
A 24-year-old man was arrested in the CBD after police found the victim's head stashed in a backpack.
The police's Thembeka Mbhele says the victim has been identified as a man from the Eastern Cape.
His body was found in Mayville. Mbhele says a second arrest was made.
"The body was identified as one of the persons who was residing in Mayville, who is originally from Bizana. Two suspects were arrested and they appeared in court and the case was remanded. The suspects are still in custody," she says.

The two suspects are due in court again at the end of the month.
