Pietermaritzburg SAPS diver Sergeant Mjwara to be laid to rest

A Pietermaritzburg Search and Rescue officer who died while trying to search for flood victims in a local dam will be laid to rest on Friday.
Busisiswe Mjwara (42) drowned over the weekend in the Msunduzi River while a mass search operation was being carried out for three victims missing in the area during the recent floods.
Mjwara's K9 Leah also drowned while trying to assist her.
Police Minister Bheki Cele confirmed that her funeral service will be at the Pietermaritzburg City Hall, where he'll be delivering the eulogy.
KZN Premier Sihle Zikalala will also deliver a tribute at the funeral.
