PHOTOS: Search for missing north coast boy

An 11-year-old autistic boy has gone missing on the north coast. Authorities continued their search for Smangaliso Madula this morning.
It's believed Smangaliso wandered off from the Inqolobane Children's Home in KwaDukuza yesterday morning.
He was wearing a grey jacket and navy pants.
Aresh Singh, who works at the children's home, says Smangaliso battles to communicate.
"He can't talk. He is a bit active so he can walk but he walks on his toes. I think he has just wandered off. [In the search], we don't think that police will leave anything unturned," Singh said.

Emergency services have resumed their search for Smangaliso today. IPSS Medical Rescue's Paul Herbst says they have been joined by dozens of community members.
"We've utilised all-terrain vehicles - quad bikes, and two-wheelers to do the search. We did want to use aerial support but unfortunately we are unable to do that at this stage. IPSS Medical Rescue has put a R10 000 reward out for any information leading to the recovery of the child," Herbst said.
