No formal complaint received on offensive Facebook post: SAHRC

The SA Human Rights Commission says no formal complaints have been lodged with the Commission over a Sandton man's comments about bathers at the Durban beach front.
In the post, that's gone viral on social media, Ben Sasonof comments on a picture of a full Durban Beachfront - comparing the possible smell with President Jacob Zuma.
Yesterday, the ANC Youth League opened a case against Sasonof - labelling his comments as racist and offensive.
Spokesperson for the Commission Gail Smith says if they receive formal complaints each one will be assessed before action is taken.
"We would have to assess each complaint on its merit. We would have to accept the complaint to see if the person can be tracked down and the matter followed up. If not, we refer it elsewhere or we just don't follow it up," she said.
